Certain small surgical operations can be performed in the community. With minor surgery the recovery time is usually short and you will be back to your usual activities fairly quickly (depending on your procedure).
If minor surgery if required you will need to book an appointment with your GP who will refer you to the community minor surgery service.
Please note minor surgery is not for cosmetic purposes.
