Our practice is working with other local GP practices as part of a Primary Care Network’ (PCN). Our aim in collaborating is to increase the scope of services we can offer. As part of this we are providing appointments in the evening and at weekends. These include face-to-face and telephone GP appointments, nursing services and health coaching.
